Heaton Laser and Surgery Center Reports 0% Infection Rate

Heaton Eye Associates is happy to report that our Heaton Laser and Surgery Center has a 0% infection rate!  Risks of infections are rare, but some endophthalmitis, which can occur in .07-.38% of cataract surgeries can be minimized with pre-, peri-, and postoperative measures.

Heaton Laser and Surgery Center only performs eye surgery, which allows our staff and surgeons to focus solely on ophthalmological ASC surgery center protocols.  We are accredited by the AAAHC ( Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care) as a recognized Medicare facility.  We utilize only board-certified Anesthesiologists for our patients' safety and comfort.

Providing East Texas with the best possible vision and surgical experience is our primary concern.
