I suggest you select the Premium Site, as it contains more data for the patient. There is a section on the application to upload your practice logo so that the site can be customized.

Once enrolled, you will receive a confirmation message stating that a representative will respond in one week with the customized link, or the message may state that additional information is needed, if the enrollment form is incomplete.

Once you receive your confirmation and weblink, you will see the various Button options available. We recommend you use one of the colorful button options vs. the URL link – it’s much more eye catching to the patient, and will prompt the patient to seek more information. STAAR will have no tracking capability on this site. This is simply an extension of your own website, all consumer leads generated from the site, through the contact us link, will be directed to the email address you provide to ensure no consumer interest is lost. The only place the consumer can go off the site is right back to your practice site. There are no hyperlinks to any other site.
